We have some very interested community members who would like to participate on coaltions. I wonder if it would not be best to involved them sooner than later. Skagit met with some community leaders and they are ready to go.

Once there is a group of early learning partners who are coordinating, might a community coalition want to reach out to involve the business/community stakeholder? In Spokane a Leadership Team meets quarterly and a Mobilization Committee does much of the planning to present for approval.
